Head Lice
27th February 2018
Dear Parents & Carers,
Head Lice
We have had a number of cases of head lice in school recently.
Whilst we are aware that head lice is a recurring problem and that on any given day there is probably always a case in school could we please ask that you make a point of regularly checking your child’s hair and take the necessary action if you find anything untoward. Your GP or local pharmacist will be able to give you the appropriate advice.
We would also suggest that long hair be tied back for school at all times to help lessen the possibility of ‘hair contact’ with other children.
Thank you for your continued co-operation in this matter.
Yours sincerely
Sarah Hurwood
